Product Description: This deep purplish wine is a Languedoc interpretation of the famous Côte Rotie blend. Traditionally vinified by fermenting the Syrah with the 5% Viognier grapes already added for a more harmonious feel, with around a third of the wine then aged for 5 months in oak barrels before reblending. Rich and full-bodied, this wine will age well for 5 years or more.
